Absolutely! InclusaFit is designed for everyone. All our classes have room for personalization, and many of our specialized programs (like Pre & Post-Natal or Sit & Steady Strength) are led by Physical Therapists. Our instructors are skilled at helping you move safely and effectively, no matter your starting point or physical condition.
We have a wide range of classes! From low-impact seated strength and gentle yoga to energetic cardio (like rebounder, Zumba, kickboxing) and strength training. You can join us in-person, live online, or access our growing library of on-demand workouts anytime.
No problem at all! Our instructors are fantastic at guiding beginners and offering options for all levels within the same class. We focus on progress, not perfection. Just let your instructor know it's your first time, and they'll ensure you feel comfortable and supported.
Many of our classes require minimal or no equipment (especially bodyweight classes, Sit & Steady, and some yoga/Pilates). For others, we often suggest common household items or easy-to-find fitness tools like resistance bands or light dumbbells. Specific equipment needs are always listed in the class descriptions on our schedule.
Our biggest difference is our truly inclusive approach, expert guidance, including Physical Therapist-led specialty classes. We also seamlessly blend local in-person classes, live virtual options, and a diverse on-demand library. Our focus is on meeting your individual needs and removing common barriers to fitness.
