Whether you're recovering from injury, easing into fitness for the first time, or just looking for a positive and inclusive place to move your body, you’ll find your rhythm here.

Unlike traditional gyms, our programming is shaped by licensed instructors and backed by a community-first philosophy. From class format to equipment, every detail is chosen with your comfort, safety, and confidence in mind.

Here’s what makes our classes stand out:

  • Developed by Licensed Professionals: Every class is designed to be functional, safe, and adaptable, so you can move with confidence, no matter your health history.
  • Safe for Chronic Conditions & Injury Recovery: We understand the complexities of pain, limitations, and healing. We meet your health needs with proper routine and mindful instruction.
  • Social, Supportive, & Non-Intimidating: We’ve created a warm, welcoming environment where laughter and encouragement are part of every class. You’ll never feel like you have to keep up with daunting gym sessions. Instead, you can enjoy it at your own pace.
  • No Complex Machines: We use simple tools like resistance bands, hand weights, and mats—so you can focus on your body, not the equipment.
  • Both Virtual & In-Person Options: In addition to our in-person classes, our virtual classes bring the InclusaFit experience to your living room, with livestream and on-demand sessions. You can book classes and manage your membership using our online portal.
